These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all agreements between PayPerQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, our customer (“you” or “Customer”). You are only allowed to use PPQ Whisper's services if you accept these Terms.

PPQ Whisper is a voice-to-text transcription software that provides accurate, efficient transcription services on a pay-per-use basis.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account.

Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Permitted Uses

  • Personal productivity and note-taking
  • Business and professional applications
  • Educational and research purposes
  • Content creation and documentation

Prohibited Uses

  • Transcribing content without proper authorization
  • Processing copyrighted material illegally
  • Creating harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempting to reverse engineer paid services
  • Sharing account credentials with others
  • Using services to spam or harass others

Payment and Billing

These terms apply to pay-per-use access and services:

Pay-Per-Use Model

  • Usage is billed on a per-use basis
  • Deposits can be made via cryptocurrency or credit card
  • Deposits are non-withdrawable except in cases of service error or billing issues
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

Payment Processing

  • Payments processed securely
  • Valid payment method required
  • You're responsible for all applicable taxes

Service Warranty

PPQ Whisper is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or availability.

Transcription Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy, transcription results may contain errors. You should review all transcriptions for accuracy.

Third-Party Services

We're not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of third-party services you may use with PPQ Whisper.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PayPerQ

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
