Expanding Our Uncensored Models - Ten More That Decline on Capability, Not Policy
PayPerQ's uncensored lineup goes from one model to eleven — five new text models and five image models, charged per token or per image against the balance you already have.
Most AI models have two different reasons for not answering you, and they look identical from the outside. Sometimes the model genuinely cannot do the thing. Sometimes it can do the thing perfectly well and has been instructed not to. You get the same apologetic paragraph either way, usually somewhere in the middle of the work you were doing.
We have offered one uncensored model for a while — a single row for the case where the refusal, not the model, was the problem. One row is a gesture, not an option: it gives you nothing to choose between, no price range, and nothing at all for images. So we are expanding it: ten more uncensored models, five for text and five for images, served directly from Venice rather than through an intermediary. They decline on capability, not on policy.
What "uncensored" means here
It means these models are built to minimise policy-driven refusals, not to be incapable of one. A fiction writer is far less likely to be cut off mid-scene. A role play is far less likely to break character to deliver a content warning. A security researcher asking how an attack works usually gets an answer about how the attack works. What has been reduced or removed is the alignment layer that produces the refusal — the model underneath still has its own limits, and the provider still has terms of service.
It does not mean the model is better, or smarter, or that it will not be wrong. An uncensored model is still a model: it hallucinates, it has a knowledge cutoff, and on hard reasoning it will lose to the frontier models we already list. Use it for the work where the refusal was the problem, not as a general upgrade.
We are also not deciding for ourselves which models qualify. The upstream catalogue carries an uncensored flag per model, and we use it as the qualification rule: anything in our Uncensored section has to carry that flag. It is a floor, not a shopping list — more models upstream carry the flag than we have picked up, and we passed on the ones that would only have duplicated image models we already offer. A section header is a promise, and we would rather keep it narrow than have it be approximately true.
The five text models
| Model | Context |
|---|---|
| Venice Uncensored 1.2 | 128K |
| Venice Role Play Uncensored | 128K |
| Gemma 4 Uncensored | 256K |
| GLM 4.7 Flash Heretic | 200K |
| Gemma 4 26B A4B Uncensored | 64K |
Charged per token against your balance — no subscription and no minimum. Current rates are on the pricing page and in the model picker.
Venice Uncensored 1.2 is the flagship and the one to start with. Venice Role Play Uncensored is tuned specifically for staying in character over long conversations. GLM 4.7 Flash Heretic is the cheapest of the set and supports discounted cached reads, which makes it the sensible default for long sessions where you keep resending the same context. Gemma 4 Uncensored and Gemma 4 26B A4B Uncensored are uncensored fine-tunes of Google's Gemma 4 — the base model is served elsewhere in our catalog; these fine-tunes are not.
You will find them in the Uncensored section of the model picker, below the private TEE models, alongside the Dolphin Mistral row that has been there all along.
Web search
All five can search the web, run upstream rather than routed through a separate search provider. The control sits in the composer and is Off or On, with no automatic middle setting — you decide, per conversation — and it ships Off. Turns that search carry a small surcharge on top of tokens; a turn that searches nothing costs nothing extra.
One note on the enclave model
Gemma 4 26B A4B Uncensored runs inside a hardware enclave upstream. We are not making a privacy claim for it. Our TEE models are end-to-end encrypted in your browser and we can prove it; this model is routed over the ordinary chat path, and we make no attestation or retention claim on anyone else's behalf. If encrypted inference is what you need, use the TEE models — that is what they are for.
The five image models
Lustify SDXL, Lustify v7, Lustify v8, WAI Illustrious and Chroma, billed per image, up to four variants per prompt.
These carry the same uncensored flag, and they are built to put fewer policy decisions between your prompt and the output.
They are not interchangeable. Lustify SDXL, v7 and v8 are successive checkpoints of the same photoreal lineage — start at v8, which upstream flags alongside v7 as the most permissive of the set and runs more refinement steps by default. WAI Illustrious is the anime and illustration model; Venice lists it under the name Anime (WAI), and it is the wrong tool for photoreal work. Chroma is the one to reach for when the prompt itself is long: it accepts 7,500 characters against 1,500 for the other four, so an elaborate scene description survives intact instead of being truncated.
They are not sharper or more capable than the image models we already offer — pick them for the same reason you would pick any of the others, because of what you want out of them.
Four variants per prompt is the ceiling, and each generated variant is billed whether or not you keep it. The cheapest way to iterate is to start with one variant, refine the prompt, then widen to four once you are close.
Ten more models does not make uncensored inference the right choice for every prompt. It makes it a real choice, with a price range and an actual decision behind it, instead of a single row you either used or ignored.
